I can't log in to Vyke
- If you do not use your mobile phone number to log in to Vyke apps then you will need to click the username option under the mobile phone number field and enter your username and password. If you are still having problems please send an email to email@example.com. Don’t forget to include your username in your email.
What is Vyke?
Vyke provides apps for low cost international calls and SMS.
How do I get started?
Go to our downloads page and select the relevant app.
- Download the app from your preferred app store
- Register your Vyke account
- Enter the activation code you receive by SMS
- Buy credit
- Start calling

I didn't receive my registration details via SMS, what should I do?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request your details.
Please make sure that you send your email from your registered email address. This must be the one you used when you first signed up for Vyke.
Can I change my Vyke password?
To change your Vyke password simply sign in to your account using your username and password. Select the ‘Update password’ option. You will then be asked to enter a new password and to retype that password. Click ‘Update password’.
