  • I already have a Vyke account, why do I need to validate again?

    For your security we may ask you to validate your account from time to time, if you reinstall the app, , install on another device, access your account on our website or after an app update.

  • Account Deletion

    You can request account deletion of your Vyke account either in the Vyke mobile app under the “SIM No.” profile settings, or by contacting our support team via the website widget or support@vyke.com email. Your account will be deleted on the 30th day after your request, though reinstalling the Vyke app after the deletion request will cancel this request.
