How much do WiFi calls cost?
WiFi calls start from just 2¢ (US) per minute to fixed lines and mobile phones. Our WiFi calling rates are universal too, so no matter where you call from in the World, as long as you're connected to a WiFi hotspot your calls will cost exactly the same. Calling from Toronto or Timbuktu, there's just one price for the destination you wish to call.

Will my mobile operator charge me for using WiFi Calling?
No. Because you’re using your phone’s WiFi connection to make your calls there are no charges from your mobile operator when you use WiFi calling.
What about roaming fees when I travel abroad?
There are none. Because you’re using your phone’s WiFi connection to make your calls there are no roaming fees when you use WiFi calling on your travels.
Which hotspots can I use to make WiFi calls?
You can use any WiFi hotspot you like to make calls with Vyke Mobile. As long as you can connect to the hotspot then you can use Vyke Mobile to make calls. At home, at work or even using a public hotspot, Vyke Mobile will work wherever you connect.

Will my mobile operator charge me for using Callthrough?
Depending on your mobile plan you may be charged the cost of a local national call when you use Callthrough. If you have a mobile plan with free or bundled national minutes then Callthrough won't cost you a penny until you have used up your monthly allowance. Please check with your operator for more details.
What about roaming fees when I travel abroad?
Callthrough is not designed as a service for travellers and operator roaming charges are likely to apply if you use Callthrough whilst you are abroad. Vyke's Callthrough service has been designed to give you the maximum saving possible calling from your home country to international fixed and mobile destinations. If you would like to save money on calls whilst you're travelling abroad then Vyke Mobile's Call@ feature should be perfect for your needs.

How does Vyke SMS save me money?
Vyke SMS will save you money on your international text messages whenever your phone has access to a data connection (3G, GPRS etc.).
How much do Vyke SMS messages cost?
Vyke SMS messages start from just 6¢ (US) per message and the maximum you'll pay is only 7¢ (US) per message.

Will my mobile operator charge me for using Vyke SMS?
If you are using your phone’s data plan (3G, GPRS etc.) to connect to the Vyke Network and you have a data allowance with your mobile operator then you will not be charged by your operator to send Vyke SMS unless you have already used up your entire data allowance for the month.
If you do not have a data allowance with your mobile operator then your operator may charge you a fee when you send a Vyke SMS message. However, Vyke SMS messages use an incredibly small amount of data so the respective fee from your operator should be very small indeed, meaning you’ll still save on international text messaging with Vyke SMS.

How does Callback save me money?
Callback saves you money when calling internationally from your home country or abroad, as long as you have access to a local mobile or fixed line number in the country you’re calling from.
How does Callback work?
Callback can work in two ways:
- By setting up a two-way call to your mobile phone
- By setting up a two-way call to a mobile or fixed line number of your choice, also known as Call@

Will my mobile operator charge me for using Callback?
Callback uses your phone's data connection (3G, GPRS etc.) to talk to the Vyke Network and set up your call so if you have a data allowance with your mobile operator then you will not be charged by your operator to make a Callback call unless you have already used up your entire data allowance for the month.
If you do not have a data allowance with your mobile operator then your operator may charge you a fee when you set up a Callback call. However, Callback uses an incredibly small amount of data to setup a call so the respective fee from your operator should be very small indeed, meaning you'll still save on international calls with Callback.
What about roaming fees when I travel abroad?
If you have a local phone number at your disposal when travelling (mobile or fixed line), then you would use the Call@ feature to connect via this number instead of your regular mobile number. Because you’re using a local number you will avoid all roaming charges on the call, although you may still be charged a roaming fee for setting up the Call@ call using your data plan whilst abroad, unless you have an international data allowance with your mobile operator. Please check with your operator for more details as international data roaming can be expensive.
